Cake Consultation Information (click here)

 All consultations are by appointment only.  At the consultation, you will be able to look through our  portfolio and discuss design ideas.  The total time commitment is usually 1 hour. 

A consultation is only considered booked once you receive a confirmation email or letter from us.

Design doesn't just happen, Designs are conceptualized, created, and perfected. The design process should be as enjoyable as the event it is created for.  Whether you have a clear vision or just a vague idea for your cake, we work with you to determine the look and feel of a design that is uniquely you. The inspiration for your cake can come from anywhere: a family heirloom, an invitation, a color, an event in your life, an outfit.  We will then provide you with sketches and continue to tweak the design until we have created a cake that captures your vision and the essence of your event!

We offer complimentary cake tasting events throughout the year.   Please contact us or check our Facebook page for event details.  If your event will occur before the next tasting event, please contact us to schedule a private tasting.

Private Tastings ($25 fee):

A unique and fun experience centered around you!  At a private tasting, you will have the opportunity to mix and match a variety of our cakes, fillings, and finishes in order to find that perfect custom combination that is uniquely you. 

If you decide to use Sweet Intentions as your cake designers, then the fee for the tasting will be credited to your order.

Since all of our cakes are custom designed, we do not have set prices.  The overall cost of a cake depends on several factors, such as size, flavors, and complexity of design elements.  

The price of your cake includes local delivery, set-up, use of cake stands and other equipment, and our individual attention.Gumpaste, fondant and/or royal flowers and decoration, as well as more elaborate designs are available at an additional cost.
