Pricing and Servings

We can offer options to make your dream a reality...
Each cake that we create is made to order and is completely from scratch. Due to the attention we give to each order and to assure the quality and design of  each creation, we limit the number of orders we take each week.  For last minute or Rush orders, please email or call us as soon as possible to check availability

  • Special Occasion Cakes

    Our special occasion cakes are torted giving you 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling.  Sheet cakes are one layer and not filled, however, they can be torted and filled for an additional charge.  Pricing is based on design, size, and flavors chosen.

    Tiered occasion cakes begin at $2.15 per serving, but final price is determined on an individual basis according to overall flavor choices and design.

    Sculpted/3-D cakes begin at $4.00 per serving

  • Cupcakes

    We offer cupcakes in a variety of flavors.  They include a buttercream design with a simple decoration on top, if desired.  They can be filled for an additional charge.  Minimum order of 1 dozen. 

    Cupcakes are a great alternative to a birthday cake, wedding cake or special occasion.  Cupcakes are available in both regular sized and miniature versions.

    • standard size begin at $1.25;
    • filled start at $1.50
    • custom begin at $2.00 each

    Pricing is based per serving. Base pricing is as follows:

    • $2.65 per serving for buttercream
    • $3.65 per serving for fondant

    Our wedding cakes are usually 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of filling per tier. Different size tiers are available for a unique look.  You may choose different flavors for each tier at no additional charge.  The price of your cake includes local delivery, set-up, cake stands and other equipment, and our individual attention.

    Gumpaste, fondant and/or royal flowers and decoration, as well as more elaborate designs are available at an additional cost. 

    Due to the individual attention we give to the design of each cake, please schedule a  consultation to discuss the overall cost of your cake.

  • Kitchen and Reception Table Cakes

    kitchen cake 1Kitchen cakes are an economical way for a bride to provide additional servings in order to accommodate a large guest list.  They are torted, 2 layer sheet cakes (4 layers of cake; 3 layers of filling) that are kept in the kitchen or back area until ready to be cut and served to your guests.  Kitchen cakes are designed to mimic your tiered wedding cake, but without the detailed design elements.  Pricing begins at $2.15 per serving. 

     Reception table cakes are small cakes used as centerpieces to help personalize your wedding reception.  They are an excellent way to add variety to your wedding, rehearsal dinner or special event.  They also provide fulfillment for a guest list with a wide range of palates. Instead of a vase of flowers or a mirrored candle arrangement, treat your guests to these edible centerpieces...LET THEM EAT CAKE!!!!  Pricing begins at $30 per cake.

  • Grooms Cakes

    Don't forget your significant other...with it's roots in Southern tradition, the groom's cake has been around for some time now.  This cake is meant to be a reflection of the groom’s interests, hobbies, favorite sports, profession, or anything else he enjoys. 

    These cakes are priced individually based upon their overall complexity of design elements.

ORDERING INFORMATION

SPECIAL OCCASION CAKES

Orders should be placed no later than 1 week prior to your event.  Any order over $60 requires a 50% down payment when the order is placed.

Tiered, 3-D, or sculpted cakes should be ordered no later than 2 weeks prior to the event and require a 50% down payment.  (some rush orders may be accomodated) 

Any order of $100 or more will require a signed contract. A $25 non-refundable deposit is retained from the down payment.

 

WEDDING CAKES

Ideally, orders should be placed at least 4 to 6 months in advance, but no later than 1 month prior to your wedding.  We only book up to a year in advance.  For certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate last minute orders.

A $50 non-refundable deposit, along with a signed contract, is required to consider your date booked.

 

HOMESTYLE CAKES AND CONFECTIONS

Orders should be placed no later than 3 days prior to your event.

Custom decorated cookies or large orders should be placed at least 5-7 days in advance.
