We are husband and wife, friends, and parents to an adorable 5 year old girl.  We are christian home-based confectioners/cake designers that have been baking and in the kitchen since we can remember.  We are located in Galesburg, but being within a 45 minute to 1 hour drive from Peoria, Macomb, and the Quad Cities, we will bake for almost anyone (we're not too picky).

We are truly a husband and wife team...Antonio does most of the baking and prep work, and Clarice does some baking and the decorating.  We usually deliver the bigger or heavier cakes together.

We specialize in unique flavor combinations and offering beautiful cake designs in buttercream.  We also have the ability to make classic cakes in a lighter variation.  

We are truly blessed to have each other, the passion for baking  and creating and for what we have accomplished.

We did not have any formal culinary training, just God-given talent.  Our culinary education came from our grandmothers, mothers, fathers and aunts--can't get any better than that.   (And living in New Orleans for 14 years didn't hurt either!!)
